A bright and sunny day with a moderate, if slightly cold South Easterly wind favoured our vigorous Volunteers and peppy Participants to a jolly good morning of sailing today 26 October 2024.
Wilma welcomed our canny crew, and Clare, Michael and Steven commanded the jetty commendably. Screams of delight rang out across the bay from Charlie’s Chariot as Warwick shepherded Sky away from the lee shore.
Today held two surprises: Denis avoided North Harbour almost entirely, and Vince returned from whence unknown – welcome back!
