This we were great by a beautiful sunny morning but with only slight breezes. Volunteer numbers were a bit light on.
Warwick took over as SDC., radio & time keeping. .Boats were rigged & in the water by 9.00am for our first participants.
Participants – Shane Tyreece, Gracie & Vanessa were placed in boats that were skippered byRob, Jeremy, Denis& Helene.
Charlie’s Charriot was skippered by David Webb & photographer Ken.
Michael rigged another boat & was soon out sailing with Paul.
Further participants [ Paul, Scott, Mathew, Stuart, Jess & Brad arrived & enjoyed plenty of time sailing in Manly Cove with our experienced skippers.
Wilma as usual did a great job as register & tea lady. Nola, Steven Firth & Jackie were excellent on the pontoon.
Ros Chow fitted participants out with life jackets.
All pitched in with de-rigging & putting all boats away.
A good morning was had by all participants & volunteers.
