The inclement weather of yesterday cleared to a pleasant sunny and humid day with light north easterly winds.
First client to arrive was Grace, who set off for a sail with John P, closely followed by Shane sailing with Denis. Warwick and Jeremy manned Charlies Chariot and Jennie took over the driving later in the morning. Once again Wilma and Corey gave sterling service looking after our arriving guests and managing the comings and goings of the boats.
The next to arrive were Mike, Ellie and Owen from Sargood and it was their first time at Manly Sailability. They were followed by David, Virginia and Rodney, the race boat driver, from Sunnyfield, and our sailors David, Steve L, Jim, Denis, John P, Steve B and Michael ensured all had an enjoyable sail in the light breeze.
Another new group, Headway arrived with Ari, Doug and Peter, followed by Kyle and James from Catholic Care. Matthew went for a long sail with Steve and Hanlon ran down and leapt into the boat in his excitement to sail with Jim.
John W was SDC and Peter, Steve B and Michael managed the docking of the boats.
