We were greeted with fine overcast conditions but with very light winds. Fortunately the wind did build, as forecast, becoming NE 10 knots to provide for some enjoyable sailing.
We received as many as 20 participants keen to experience some time on the water.
To assist them, we had a very experienced team. Wilma & Corey were on the deck to meet & coordinate. Our sailing skippers for the day were Sophie, Michael, John, Dennis, Rob, Helena and Steve. To escort the dinghies out on the harbour were Warwick, Ken & Jim on “ Charlie’s Chariot”. Plus other helpers on the floating pontoon including Mike, Jeremy & Peter.
A lovely morning was had by all on Manly Cove.
